01
Wallet deposits
Money you deposit into your Tslabase wallet stays your money. Until you commit it to a plan, you can withdraw it back to your bank or original payment method at any time, subject to KYC clearance.
02
Active plans
When you buy a plan, you choose a flexible or locked commitment. A flexible investment may be ended before its scheduled maturity date while it is active. A locked investment is intended to continue through maturity and cannot be ended early.
03
Plan payout
At maturity, your starting amount plus the result recorded by your selected model is paid back to your wallet in one deposit. If you end a flexible investment early, the amount returned is calculated from the principal and eligible activity recorded at closure; future maturity earnings and maturity-only benefits are not included. From there you can withdraw or reinvest.
04
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require completed KYC. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals above threshold enter human review and may take longer. Withdrawal fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
05
Failed or reversed deposits
If a deposit is reversed by the payment provider (chargeback, insufficient funds, fraud flag), any credit it produced on your account is reversed too. Repeat reversals may result in account closure.
06
Promotional credits & bonuses
Referral bonuses and other promotional credits are non-cashable until conditions on the promotion (for example, first qualifying deposit) are met. If we detect abuse, we may claw them back.
07
Errors & duplicate charges
If we charge you in error or take a duplicate payment, contact support@tslabase.com with the transaction reference. We'll investigate and, where the error is ours, refund in full.
